Do I need to pay for Canva?

No. Everything works on the free account: that's how these documents were built. There are no premium elements inside them, so nothing appears watermarked.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours permanently, including every future update. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that expires.

How do I actually receive it?

Straight after checkout you get a welcome PDF with a link for each document. Click a link and Canva copies it into your own account. Most people have it open within two minutes.

I'm not good with computers. Is this going to be difficult?

The hardest thing you'll do is drag a photo onto a frame. Everything else is typing over text that's already written. There's a 12-page setup guide that covers every step, and if you get stuck, email us.

Do I have to write all the content myself?

No, that's the point. All 25 pages come pre-filled with real contractor wording. You change the client's name, the stages that apply to your job, the materials and the price. Most of the document you'll never touch.

Can I use it on more than one job?

Yes, on every job, forever. Duplicate the file for each new client and fill in that job's details. There's no per-use licence and no limit.

Can I print it, or is it email only?

Both. Export as a PDF to email, or take it to any print shop and have it spiral bound. Handing over a bound copy is what most of our customers say makes the difference.

What if it's not right for me?

Tell us within 30 days and we'll refund you. Because these are files you download immediately, we'd ask you to actually open them first and tell us what didn't work: that feedback is worth more to us than the sale.
